PU automobiles carpet foaming line
This system consists of HPM50/20 high pressure foaming machine,2 sets of MHM255/195 Molding Machine, 1 set of ABB IRB6640-180/2.55 pouring robot,1 set of hydraulic unit,1 set of vacuum pump unit and electrical control system etc.
It is used for automobiles carpet PU foaming on the synthetic fabric parts and the other similar parts foaming production.
All the ordinal operation for foaming production (to open the mold,close the mold ,lock the mold,drive the mold-plate up/down,clamping the parts etc)is hydraulic/pneumatic driven and by PLC control.
