學(xué)院簡介
　　黑龍江交通職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院是經(jīng)黑龍江省政府批準(zhǔn)、教育部備案的一所公辦高等職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院，學(xué)院位于黑龍江省第二大城市城齊齊哈爾市，迄今已有65年的辦學(xué)歷史。學(xué)院前身是齊齊哈爾鐵路運(yùn)輸職工大學(xué)，是我國鐵路交通專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)基地，是黑龍江省首批骨干高等職業(yè)院校建設(shè)單位。
　　學(xué)院現(xiàn)有土木工程、運(yùn)輸管理、機(jī)車車輛、電信工程、機(jī)電工程5個專業(yè)系。普通高職專科共開設(shè)20個專業(yè)，主要面向鐵道工程、鐵道運(yùn)輸、信息技術(shù)、裝備制造等領(lǐng)域，
　　學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有全日制高職學(xué)生6827名。學(xué)院從2001年開始與北京交通大學(xué)聯(lián)合辦學(xué)，開展現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育，現(xiàn)有遠(yuǎn)程教育?？?、本科學(xué)生4658名。
　　學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教職工399名，其中教授、副教授86人，已形成了一支熱心教育事業(yè)、業(yè)務(wù)水平較高、結(jié)構(gòu)合理的教師隊(duì)伍。學(xué)院教學(xué)儀器設(shè)備總值4000多萬元，校內(nèi)外實(shí)驗(yàn)室、實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)完備。學(xué)生通過校內(nèi)實(shí)習(xí)、實(shí)訓(xùn)和校外頂崗實(shí)習(xí)，在提升技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的同時，能夠形成良好的職業(yè)道德和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
　　學(xué)院按照行業(yè)企業(yè)的職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，與行業(yè)企業(yè)共同制定專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案，實(shí)施“2+1”人才培養(yǎng)模式，形成“三融合”的專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式，即：教學(xué)內(nèi)容與實(shí)際工作相融合、校內(nèi)培養(yǎng)與企業(yè)培養(yǎng)相融合、學(xué)生角色與員工角色相融合。
　　學(xué)院高度重視畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作，畢業(yè)生主要面向全路各鐵路局、中國中鐵股份有限公司、中國鐵建股份有限公司、中國交通建設(shè)股份有限公司等大型國有企業(yè)就業(yè)。學(xué)院在北京設(shè)立了實(shí)習(xí)就業(yè)管理中心，為學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)就業(yè)服務(wù)。近三年來，學(xué)院畢業(yè)生平均就業(yè)率達(dá)到了95%以上，約有70%的畢業(yè)生面向國有大型企業(yè)就業(yè)，畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率和就業(yè)質(zhì)量位于全省同類高校前列。

A Brief?Introduction of Heilongjiang Communications Polytechnic
　　Heilongjiang Communications Polytechnic is approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Government. It is a public vocational and technical college recorded by the Ministry of Education.
　　The College is located in Qiqihar, the second largest city of Heilongjiang Province. It has a history of 65 years which was formerly Qiqihar Railway workers College. It is the training base of railway transportation professionals. It is identified as key vocational college of education constructed mainly among the first group in Heilongjiang Province.
　　There are five departments: civil engineering, transportation management, rolling stock, telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering. Heilongjiang Communications Polytechnic offers 20 vocational?specialties, mainly oriented in the field of railway engineering, railway transportation, information technology, equipment manufacturing. The number of full-time vocational students is 6827.We began modern distance education cooperated with Beijing Jiaotong University in 2001. There are 4658 distance education specialist, undergraduate students at present.
　　There are 399 faculty including 86 professors, associate professors in the college. They have formed a dedicated, professional and reasonable teachers' team. The graduates work mainly in the Railroad Bureaus around the country, in large state-owned enterprises such as China Railway Group, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, China Communications Construction Company Limited. The college established a internship employment center in Beijing to serve for students internships. In past three years, the average employment rate of our graduates is more than 95%. There are about 70 percent of graduates work in large state-owned enterprises. The employment rate of graduates and the quality of employment are among the first group in the vocational colleges in Heilongjiang province.
